Product Availibility We do our utmost to ensure all products advertised on our website are in stock. If however we are out of stock we will contact the customer by telephone or email with the option of waiting for the product to be re-stocked, choice of an alternative product or a refund.
Returns
All goods returned to Mashed Army Surplus, unless faulty, should be in their original condition and packaging. Faulty goods should be accompanied by a letter stating the fault within 28 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All returns will be subject to a £5.00 administration charge to cover our costs, (unless goods are damaged or have been sent in error) which will be deducted from the refund amount.
